This guide will take you through the platform spaces and features, so you can get the most out of your virtual experience.
How the virtual conference works
The Not-for-profit Virtual Conference is an interactive online experience designed to provide you with an enhanced calibre of content and a worthwhile experience.
The one-day conference will feature an exclusive mix of keynote speakers, panels, pre-recorded content, resources and networking opportunities.
With flexibility and convenience our priority, we’re pleased to provide you with access to the virtual environment for four weeks post-conference, until Thursday 5 May 2022. The live sessions will be recorded and available for viewing within 24 to 48 hours. Post-conference, you may continue to explore the environment, chat with attending participants and access resources. However, sponsor booths will be unattended and some features will be disabled.
Tickets are available for purchase by all CPA Australia members, colleagues from the wider profession, business professionals from all industries and any interested members of the public.
In addition to the existing search and chat options, new features have been added to enhance connection between attendees, including:
• 1-on-1 video chatting between delegates
• scheduled meetings with sponsors
• finding like-minded colleagues with the matchmaking tool. The program will comprise a total of 13 CPD hours distributed across all sessions (the total will reflect the sum of final session durations). CPD hours will be determined based on your actual viewing time, not based on the number of sessions watched in part or in full. Viewing can be live or recorded, on the day or post-conference until Thursday 5 May 2022.
Please note, you are welcome to re-watch sessions, however a time cap for that session will apply equivalent to that session duration. As a CPA Australia member, your CPD Diary will be updated automatically within the two weeks after Thursday 5 May 2022. Non-members are requested to manually track their hours.
