In 2018, we released the strategy to serve as a blueprint for our organisation over the following four years*.
The strategy was built after six months of member consultation and focuses on delivering increased value and service for members. It is framed by new vision and purpose statements and consists of six strategic goals that are each supported by several objectives and initiatives.
We thank all the members who provided input into the development of the strategy.
Help shape the next CPA Australia Strategy
We are currently in the process of developing our next organisational strategy. Members are encouraged to attend an interactive workshop so they can participate in the co-design of our shared strategy.

Goal 3
Provide relevant learning and development content, resources and tools

Goal 6
Key performance indicators
We have developed a set of targets to measure performance against each of the strategic goals, as well as a group target that measures financial performance.
The Board approved the following targets for 2021. The metrics are informed by member engagement and brand perception research, the results of which will be published in the CPA Australia Integrated Report 2021.
The figures represented by a score are measured through member research in which members are asked to assess their overall view of our performance over the last 12 months on a scale of 0-10, where 0 is dissatisfied and 10 is extremely satisfied.
