Self-paced learning returns

Whether it is courses, resources or other materials in any media or format - hardcopy, electronic or online purchased from CPA Australia. It does not apply to CPA Program or Foundation exams.

If Materials have their own specific terms regarding returns and refunds, those terms will apply to the extent of any inconsistency with this policy.

Hardcopy learning Materials

You can return any hardcopy Material within 20 working days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. 

The refund is for Materials excluding any delivery or postage costs only if: 

(a) the Material is unused, in saleable condition and original packaging/condition 

(b) you provide your receipt as proof of purchase.

Online learning Materials

You can return any online learning Material within five working days of purchase and obtain a refund only if: 

(a) the online Material has not been accessed, used or downloaded (as applicable)

(b) you provide your receipt as proof of purchase.

How to return

You can return learning Materials by contacting CPA Australia on 1300 73 73 73 within Australia or +61 3 9606 9677 outside of Australia. We will confirm details of how the Material can be returned under this policy and specifics regarding a refund (if available).

We will only provide a refund for learning Materials using the payment method that it was purchased with, and if you provide your receipt as proof of purchase.
