The Employment Manual is intended as an overview, and not an exhaustive list of all laws that may be relevant to the subject areas covered in the Employment Manual. CPA Australia does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information in the Employment Manual. The documents in the Employment Manual have been carefully drafted to ensure compliance with key employment related and industrial relations laws in Australia as at November 2021, and New Zealand as at January 2020. Before making any changes to the documents it is strongly recommended that legal advice be obtained. The authors and publishers will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the standardised documents in the Employment Manual to which changes have been made or reliance upon the information contained in the Employment Manual if the user does not keep them updated. It is your responsibility to assess and verify the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information in the Employment Manual, and to seek professional advice where necessary.
CPA Australia, the publishers, authors, editors and facilitators do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, howsoever caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of the Employment Manual. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they disclaim any such representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Employment Manual or the information that they contain.
