The workshop was developed to help CPA Australia members prepare for the future and build a sustainable practice. The workshop can be completed face-to-face or online via our recorded on demand five-part webinar series.
In the workshop, you’ll learn how to:

- conduct a current state analysis
- define strategic objectives
- determine your execution plan
- develop an on-going maintenance plan.
