14 February 2024 - In our joint submission, we support the Inquiry’s objective to analyse motivations for philanthropic giving in Australia and to identify opportunities to grow it further, in the context of the Australian Government’s goal to double giving by 2030

13 December 2023 In our submission to the Department of Social Services, we strongly supported the proposals on better understanding the needs and activities of the sector and designing and implementing reforms that will ensure it is fit for the future.
24 October 2023 - We support reviewing the Annual Return Forms as a result of the Charities Amendment Act 2023 and the External Reporting Board (XRB) revised Tier 3 and 4 reporting requirements. In particular, we support aligning the information provided in the Annual Return Forms with the revised Tier 3 and 4 reporting requirements, so the same information provided in the Performance Report is also included in the Annual Return Forms.
16 October 2023 - A joint submission setting out our views on the proposal to empower the ACNC to make increased disclosures about its ongoing investigations
24 July 2023 - We support the regulations and request a consistent provision of information for the public record
