Milestones in Motion: Virtual challenge
One of the key highlights was a virtual challenge Milestones in Motion that took place from 7 August to 7 September. This initiative encouraged members to stay healthy and run, walk and/or cycle anytime and anywhere along with their family and friends. Participants recorded their distance online, collectively attempting to set a new Singapore Book of Records for the longest distance covered virtually.
To kick off Milestones in Motion, the Singapore office team got together on 7 August and walked an impressive distance around the Central Business District, where the Singapore office is located.
Weekend nature walks with members
To further engage our members during this month-long challenge, we organised nature walks every weekend to various scenic spots around Singapore. These walks with our members allowed us to clock more distance together, while connecting in-person in a relaxed setting.
Networking event to conclude the challenge
We ended the series of walks and our virtual challenge with an incredible evening at our networking event on 5 September. Members and staff took a short walk from our office to the venue. Everyone mingled over food and drinks, making new connections and enjoying great conversations against the spectacular views of the Singapore skyline.
Setting a new record in the Singapore Book of Records
We are excited to share that we have set a new record in the Singapore Book of Records for the 'Longest distance covered online by a group of runners over 32 days’, clocking a total of 91,796.73km together!
