Who is Women on Boards (WOB)

Since their inception in 2006, WOB's vision has been to increase the number of women on boards and in leadership roles to achieve a minimum of 40 per cent women on boards and across leadership roles. WOB inspires and equips women to apply for and achieve board and leadership rules through their workshops, events and programs, in addition to providing a curated vacancy board and personal support..

The virtual classroom series offered in partnership with Women on Boards addresses this important capability pillar: Self and People Leadership. Our partnership with WOB includes the delivery of the CPA Australia Women In Leadership (Finance) virtual classroom series. This engaging series aims to build capability beyond technical knowledge and skills, by enhancing critical soft skills and developing your capabilities in leadership, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
