On 10 December 2024 the Disciplinary Tribunal found Mr Peter Goodin breached CPA Australia’s 11 May 2022 Constitution:
- Article 36(a) in that he had “committed, participated in or been involved with an Adverse Event” as defined in Article 76(h), in that he became “the subject of a final adverse finding in relation to the Member's conduct, competence or recognition by any Court, professional body, statutory or other regulatory authority in any jurisdiction” in respect of a judgement of Associate Justice Gardiner dated 16 February 2023 in the Supreme Court of Victoria in proceedings number S ECI 2021 of 03366 between Min Ren v Good Home & Property Pty Ltd (ACN 604 707 048) (In Liquidation) and Peter Andrew Goodin in which orders were made that he pay the plaintiff’s costs of the application, including any reserved costs on an indemnity basis.
Mr Peter Goodin attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and denied the complaint.
