The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the following penalties:

• a severe reprimand
• lowering the allocated membership status from FCPA to CPA
• the Member is required to provide proof that his personal and business tax obligations are up to date for a period of three years.

The Member was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s Disciplinary Tribunal costs of $3,154.54 and Appeals Tribunal Costs of $7135.61.
