- conditions were imposed upon re-admission
- Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand to be advised of the outcome of the hearing.
The Member was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $3,154.54.
The Member appealed the decision of the Disciplinary Tribunal.
