On 3 November 2022 the Disciplinary Tribunal found that Mr Jack Ly breached Article 39(a)(i)(A) of the 14 May 2019 Constitution in that Mr Ly had:

“obtained admission as a Member, or obtained admission as a member of any other professional body, by improper means including, without limitation, making a false declaration on the application for membership”.

Penalty and Costs:

The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the following penalty:

Complaint 1:

• forfeiture of Membership, not eligible for readmission.

 

The Member was ordered to pay a contribution to CPA Australia’s costs of $3,315.37.
