• Article 39(a)(ii)(E) in that she has been Insolvent whilst being a Member of CPA Australia.

Ms Berimballi attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and she admitted the Complaint.

Penalty and Costs:

The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the following penalty:

• forfeiture of membership, for the period of the bankruptcy.

Prior to any application for readmission, Ms Berimballi must satisfactorily complete the “Ethics and Governance” segment of the CPA Program or its equivalent at the time. 

The Disciplinary Tribunal imposed the following costs to be paid $2,538.54.
