- Tucorp Constructions Pty Ltd
- Tucorp Maintenance Pty Ltd.
In that he failed to:
- inform creditors of matters relevant to the affairs of each of the Companies; and/or
- properly investigate matters relevant to the affairs of each of the Companies.
Complaint 2:
Article 39(a)(ii)A of the CPA Australia Constitution by failing to 'provide a satisfactory explanation with respect to the matters referred to in the Complaint' to CPA Australia.
Mr Naidenov attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and he denied Complaint 1 and admitted Complaint 2.
