Mr Ulrich attended the Disciplinary Tribunal hearing ad admitted the Complaint.
Penalty and costs
The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and took into account mitigating circumstances in imposing the following penalties:

- complete a Quality Review at the next available cycle.
Mr Ulrich was ordered to pay CPA Australia's costs of $2458.
