Penalty and costs
The Disciplinary Tribunal sustained the Complaints and took into account mitigating circumstance in imposing the following penalties:
- admonishment
- completion of a Quality Review as advised by CPA Australia and to the satisfaction of the General Manager of Professional Conduct by 31 December 2020, a failure to comply will result in forfeiture of membership.
The member was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $2520.27.
