On 5 June 2019 the One Person Tribunal found that a member breached Article 39(a)(ii)G of the Constitution in that he pleaded guilty to an offence (criminal or otherwise, but excluding any offence relating to traffic infringement) before any Court in any jurisdiction (which, in the case of a finding or conviction has not been overturned on appeal) which in the reasonable opinion of the Board is likely to materially adversely reflect upon or affect the standing or reputation of the Company in respect of a conviction dated 9 March 2018.

The member was sentenced to 100 hours of community work over 12 months, of which 75 hours were for treatment and rehabilitation.

The member attended the One Person Tribunal Hearing and admitted the Complaint.

The One Person Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the following penalty:
