On 15 March 2018 the Disciplinary Tribunal found Mr Christopher F Gannon breached By-Law 9.5(b) in failing to successfully complete a Quality Review despite being selected in August 2013.

The Disciplinary Tribunal noted that as a result of mitigating circumstances, Mr Gannon had been given an extension to 2017 to commence his Quality Review, but had failed to take any steps.

Mr Gannon did not attend the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing.

• forfeiture of Membership
• prior to any application for readmission, Mr Gannon must first successfully complete a compliant Quality Review as a non-member at his own cost.
