- successfully completes a Quality Review at his own cost as a non-member
- has paid all outstanding fines and other monies owed to CPA Australia
- in relation to his failure to respond to Professional Conduct:
- a severe reprimand
- a fine of $1000.
Mr Chen was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $809.24 prior to any application for readmission.
