Penalty and costs
The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the following penalties and costs:
- that by 1 August 2016, the Member provide to Professional Conduct:
- a completed General Quality Control Questionnaire
- an updated Member Profile Statement
- a Quality Control Manual in accordance with APES 320
- that by 31 October 2016, the Member successfully completes a compliant Quality Review
- should the Member fail to meet the above conditions:
- his Membership is forfeited until those conditions are met
- prior to any application for readmission, he must first successfully complete a compliant Quality Review at his own cost
- his name will be disclosed in this publication.
The Member was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $593.87.
