Penalty and costs
The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaints sustained and imposed the following penalties and costs:
- in relation to her Quality Review:
- the member must successfully complete a compliant Follow Up Review by 30 April 2017, or such other date as agreed by the General Manager Professional Conduct, or her Membership will be forfeited
- should her Membership be forfeited, prior to any application for readmission, she must first successfully complete a compliant Quality Review, at her own cost as a non member
- in relation to the failure to respond to correspondence from Professional Conduct, a severe reprimand.
The member was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $578.
The Disciplinary Tribunal took into account exceptional circumstances and ordered that the member’s name be withheld from publication.
