- forfeiture of Membership and that Mr Kabir is not eligible for readmission until he provides a written explanation and documents in support to the satisfaction of the General Manager Professional Conduct of his current practice details
- a severe reprimand for failing to respond to Professional Conduct in relation to the Complaint made about him.
Mr Kabir was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $1115.23 for the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and $613.37 for the Appeals Tribunal Hearing.
