- prior to any application for readmission and at the expiration of the seven year period of forfeiture, Mr Hawthorne must provide, to the reasonable satisfaction of CPA Australia:
- evidence that he has not reoffended in the period prior to readmission
- a psychiatric report that such offence is unlikely to be repeated.
Mr Hawthorne was ordered to pay costs of $604.13.
