On 13 March 2015 the Disciplinary Tribunal found Mr Robert J Renting was the subject of an ‘adverse finding’ contrary to Article 39(a)(ii)F of the Constitution in respect of an administrative sanction by way of a written caution imposed by the Tax Practitioners Board in respect of Mr Renting’s personal taxation affairs.
