On 27 July 2015 the Disciplinary Tribunal found a Member breached Article 39(ii)B.2) of the Constitution in that he was guilty of conduct which was not in the best interests of CPA Australia or its Members in relation to his certification as a CPA of a Will as a ‘true copy of the original’, when he did not sight the original Will.

The Member attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and admitted the Complaint.

The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed penalty of a severe reprimand.

The Member was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $979.27.
