Mr He attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and denied the Complaint.

Penalty and costs 

The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the penalty of:

• a severe reprimand
• a fine of $2000 payable within 60 days of the date of the Hearing, a failure to pay that fine by the due date to result in forfeiture of membership.

Mr He was ordered to pay costs of $629.06.
