- breached Article 39(a)(ii)I of the Constitution in failing to respond to Professional Conduct in relation to a Complaint made about him.
Mr Rodgers attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and denied the Complaints.
Penalty and costs
The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaints sustained and imposed the following penalties:
- in relation to failure to complete his QAR, forfeiture of Membership, but that forfeiture to be stayed on the proviso that Mr Rodgers complete all outstanding requirements of his QAR by 10 January 2015
- Mr Rodgers provide a copy of his current policy of professional indemnity insurance policy by 10 January 2015
- in relation to the failure to respond to Professional Conduct, a severe reprimand.
Mr Rodgers was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $728.81.
