On 17 July 2014 the Disciplinary Tribunal found a Member was the subject of an ‘adverse finding’ contrary to Article 39(a)(ii)F of the Constitution in respect of an administrative sanction of a written caution imposed by the Tax Practitioners Board on the Member for failing to lodge his personal income tax returns over three years.
