On 25 September 2014 the Disciplinary Tribunal determined that Mrs Nadia Linnane had breached Article 39(a)(ii)G of the Constitution on two occasions in respect of being found guilty in the Magistrates’ Court on 4 September 2013 and 13 February 2014 for breaching section 16 of the Trusts Accounts Act 1973. Mrs Linnane was fined $3000 on each occasion and a conviction was recorded in respect of the second matter.
