On 13 November 2014 the Disciplinary Tribunal found that contrary to Article 39(a)(ii)F of the Constitution, Mr Lindsay E Quann was the subject of an adverse finding in respect of an Order of the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation which disqualified Mr Quann from being the approved auditor of a regulated superannuation entity effective 19 June 2010.

Mr Quann attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and admitted the Complaint.

Penalty and costs 

The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the penalty of a severe reprimand.

Mr Quann was also ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $787.22.
