Penalty and costs 

The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the penalty of forfeiture of Membership for the period of her bankruptcy.

Mrs Kelly was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $690.35 prior to any application for readmission to Membership.
