On 11 December 2014 the Disciplinary Tribunal found that as set out in Article 39(a)(ii)E of the Constitution, Mr Ian R Bond was insolvent by virtue of a Sequestration Order made on 21 February 2013.

Mr Bond attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and admitted the Complaint.

Penalty and costs 

The Disciplinary Tribunal found the Complaint sustained and imposed the penalty of forfeiture of Membership for the period of Mr Bond’s bankruptcy.

Mr Bond was ordered to pay CPA Australia’s costs of $500.07 prior to any application for readmission to Membership.
