Penalty and costs
The Disciplinary Tribunal imposed a penalty of a severe reprimand.
The Disciplinary Tribunal also ordered that Mr Pagliaro complete the Skillsnet training module PD-1187 ‘Delivering a difficult message with diplomacy and tact’ by 30 July 2015 (or such other date as agreed by the General Manager Professional Conduct), a failure to so comply to result in suspension of Membership until that module is successfully completed.
Mr Pagliaro was ordered to pay costs of $511.30.
