Penalty and Costs
The Appeals Tribunal upheld the Determination of the Disciplinary Tribunal but varied the penalty as follows:
- forfeiture of Membership for the period of his bankruptcy
- prior to readmission Mr Scioscia successfully complete the Practice Management Program or its equivalent.
Mr Scioscia was also ordered to pay the costs of the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and $743.48 in respect of the Appeal Hearing.
