• Article 39(a)(ii)E of the Constitution in he was "Insolvent" arising from a Sequestration Order made by the Federal Magistrates’ Court in 2012
• Article 39(a)(ii)I of the Constitution in that he failed to provide a satisfactory written explanation to the complaint and documents in support to CPA Australia.

The Member attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and admitted the breaches.

The Disciplinary Tribunal imposed the penalty of:

• forfeiture of membership for the period of his bankruptcy
• In relation to his failure to respond to correspondence from CPA Australia, an admonishment.
