Mr Fumberger attended the Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing and admitted the breach.

Penalty and Costs

The Disciplinary Tribunal imposed the penalty of:

• forfeiture of membership for the later of 3 May 2015 or the period of his bankruptcy
• prior to any application for readmission Mr Fumberger must first successfully complete the CPA program.

Mr Fumberger was also ordered to pay costs of $689.
