On 21 May 2013 the Disciplinary Tribunal found Mr Jamal Walker breached Article 39(a)(ii)E of the Constitution in that on 19 June 2012 he became ‘Insolvent’.

Penalty and Costs

The Disciplinary Tribunal took into account extensive mitigating circumstances and imposed the penalty of suspension of membership for the period of his bankruptcy.

Mr Walker was also ordered to pay costs of $628 to be paid prior to reinstatement to membership at the expiration of his bankruptcy.
